{"id":294,"date":"2019-06-15T21:37:07","date_gmt":"2019-06-15T21:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deverehouse.co.uk\/?page_id=294"},"modified":"2019-06-15T21:37:07","modified_gmt":"2019-06-15T21:37:07","slug":"after-thought","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.deverehouse.co.uk\/?page_id=294","title":{"rendered":"After thought"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>After thought<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavenham has been the scene of films about the occult and magic\nranging from the horror of The Witchfinder General to the delights of Harry\nPotter, it has connections to some of the great events of English history or\nsome of the more famous of English myths and legends, the village carries a\nsense of mystery.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It remains a place where its people live peacefully and in harmony\nwith our great heritage and culture.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If those who live or visit here are joined by ghosts, then we\ncannot blame our spirited friends: Lavenham is a very pretty village after\nall.&nbsp;&nbsp; If there are no such things as\nghosts, yet the stories provide another way of looking at the special\ninheritance of a wonderful place that remains the epitome of everyone\u2019s image\nof village life in England. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There may not be magic yet this place is truly magical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n\nTo see the village of Lavenham is to be given a glimpse of one thousand years of English history; still alive for the village thrives as a centre for trade to this day.
